Kultur University was established in 1997 by relying on extensive experience of up to 60 years by Kultur Educational Foundation (KEV) which is one of the oldest private higher education institutions in Turkey, the university contains many different faculties including engineering, economics, arts Design, education, law, science and literature, and other majors, in addition to vocational schools. The university has modern classrooms, a library that includes many printed and electronic references, as well as advanced laboratories.

Kultur University is distinguished by its campus, which includes many different colleges, the most important of which are the College of Engineering, Law, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Arts and Design, Education in addition to that the campus has many cafeterias and restaurants, and there are halls for conferences. the campus accommodates almost 16,000 students.
